Refund policy

Cancellations will be accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the pick-up date.  Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase and mailed in the form of a gift card to the customer's billing address.  Alternatively, a refund can be issued to the billed credit card for the amount of the purchase minus a 10% processing fee.  No credit or refunds are guaranteed if cancellation request is made with less than 48 hours notice.
